Privacy Policy

21st Century Trust is the data controller of any personal information you provide to us. It is a charity registered in England and Wales. Our Registered Charity Number is 295676.

We hold your contact details and affiliations, or gather them from the public domain (such as organizational websites), for the purpose of inviting you to participate in 21st Century Trust events which we believe would be of interest, or to meet legal obligations (where there is a fiduciary or contractual relationship with the Trust, for instance). In the event of a third party introducing us to you, or our gathering your data from the public domain, we will let you know the source of the data we have received within one month of our obtaining it.

Where we collaborate with any other organization, such as our regular partner Salzburg Global Seminar, we will always invite you to register your data with that organization and will not transfer it without your consent. We will never sell or otherwise trade in your data. We will retain the information you give us while there remains a legitimate interest and purpose in our doing so.

At any time you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. You may request that we delete or remove the data we hold about you and we will comply as rapidly as we can.
